Do you sell directly to individual customers?

Yes — through our online Retail store, with delivery within Pakistan. Wholesale, export, and OEM orders are handled separately through our inquiry form, since those involve a real person, quotes, and terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery is available now for retail orders. Online card payment through our bank gateway is being set up and will be added once it goes live.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — our Export channel ships worldwide via container shipments with full documentation. Retail (the contactless online store) currently only delivers within Pakistan.

Can I order in bulk or become a distributor?

Yes. Wholesale and distributor inquiries are handled directly by our team — submit an inquiry through the contact form and we'll follow up with pricing and minimum order details.

Is Punjmin salt certified?

Yes. We hold Halal, HACCP, ISO, Kosher (on request), FDA registration, and other certifications — see the Certifications section on our homepage for the full list.
